Ka’anapali Beach – Once named Americas Best Beach, Ka’anapali Beach is a favorite among visitors to Maui, great for relaxation as well as water sports. Kapalua Bay – This somewhat secluded and sheltered beach, Kapalua Bay, has been named by Conde Nast as the “Best Beach in the World.” Located just minutes from Kahana Sunset this beautiful beach is great for kids, is a great place for snorkeling, and ideal for seeing the green Hawaiian sea turtles.
Napili Beach – Located between Kahana and Kapalua is the stunning Napili Beach. Just a few miles from Kahana Sunset this small beach offers beautiful water, great snorkeling and surfing, and excellent dining nearby at the Sea House Restaurant.
Lahaina Harbor – Just off Front Street in Lahaina, you can enjoy sailing, surfing, snorkeling tours, whale watching and much more. This is a great place to find all the activities you may be looking for near Kahana Sunset.

Launiupoko Beach Park – This park is enclosed by a lava rock wall and features parking, picnic areas, restrooms, and water. With over six acres, this park allows for swimming and is a popular spot for surfing and stand up paddleboarding with the locals. There is plenty of coral reefs to explore and swim amongst for an unforgettable underwater experience.

Baldwin Beach Park – As one of the more frequented beaches on Maui’s North Shore area, Baldwin Beach Park offers not only a beautiful beach but ample facilities such as a large parking lot, public restrooms, and showers. It is also near the historic Paia Town, shopping, bars, and restaurants.
Oneloa Beach – Just over a five-minute drive from Kahana Sunset is Oneloa Beach in Oneloa Bay. Snorkeling can be quite good when the water is calm and there are reefs to the right and middle sections of the beach, meaning it can make entering the water difficult. The beach here is relaxing and perfect for sitting back on the sand and taking it all in.
